More Flamingo Yoga
Let's begin with the breath. Go Ducks. Breathe in a count of four, breathe out five.
Whistling Duck thinks his legs are too short. Mallard just focuses on breathing.
Tree pose, yeah . . . when you have long legs. Mallard's just doing it.
Is there a stork pose? I can do this if the ducks can.
Seagulls chuckle and stand with the clouds.
Then all combine . . .

Thanks for the Memories
Bob Hope reflected his respect for the men and women who served in the military by his willingness to go into dangerous areas to entertain them.
While aboard the RMS Queen Mary when World War II began in September 1939, Bob Hope volunteered to perform a special show for the passengers, during which he sang "Thanks for the Memory" with rewritten lyrics. Hope performed his first USO show on May 6, 1941, at March Field, California.
Hope traveled and entertained troops for the rest of World War II. He also shared his humor with the military later during the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the third phase of the Lebanon Civil, the latter years of the Iran-Iraq War, and the 1990–1991 Persian Gulf War.
During Bob Hope's USO career, he headlined 57 tours.

A San Diego sculpture garden shows Hope entertaining the troops. Entitled, “A National Salute to Bob Hope and the Military,”
The garden overlooks a waterfront park on Port tidelands, with views of San Diego Bay. Listening to Bob Hope's jokes as they walk through the exhibit, visitors experience a sense of the bond that Hope had with the service people he entertained.
