Harriette and Fuzzlings

Harriette proudly announces her nest is full.

Now Harriette needs to keep her energy going as she collects nectar, pollen and insects in her crop. She regurgitates the slurry into the mouths of the nestlings every 20 minutes. The nestlings need a source of protein (insects) to develop properly.
