Have a Laughter-noon

Sharing laughter with family and friends lowers your stress levels. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system through laughter assists the whole body. When you laugh in real life situations you bring in extra oxygen which decreases your heart rate. Increased oxygen helps you think clearly. Your body can let go with chuckles.

You relax when letting a laugh take over with genuine joy.
